Just changed my mind about Kale, in the way here portrayed, it looks the most creative and beautiful plant ☼
Though I wonder if there’s a way around its smell during cooking.

Thanks Ashen 🙂 I find that the brassica ‘fragrance’ tends to happen if any of the water spills – or if cooked for too long. I tend to just blanch it quickly in boiling water and then finish off over heat with melted butter/olive oil with a touch of garlic – keeping the lid on as much as possible.
