and still the scales balance.

Kohl rabi (varieties Gigant & Azur Blue), Florence fennel (Rondo), parsnips (Tender & True), radiccio, a rather slugged January King cabbage, yet more chillies, flower sprouts, thyme and a couple of branches of bay.
